Warm down:

Sat down under a tree with C and the Frenettes and waited for my head to stop spinning.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Sucking at swimming, bonking on the run. Basically, I SUCK in any race that isn't a Lake T sprint!!

Some mile markers on the run would have been nice. Another aid station on the run too.

Polly, you kicked butt on the bike...awesome speed/split.

You learned you need to take more in on the bike to set up well for run which help you in the future. Yah, Firm is quite famous for inaccurate measuring. Your running has improved a ton this last year...I see it in your logs.

Nice race and I think maybe you are being to hard on yourself!

Congrats~

Wicked wicked fast on the bike -- Nice job.  I ended up feeling liek crap on Saturday and decided tha forcing myself to race would not be a good thing so I bowed out.

Nice race Polly.  Can't believe they screwed up the swim by that much...that is bad even for Firm.  I think my swim time last year was 26 min so it had to be way longer.

Every race is a learning experience and this will help you out at Cranberry (which will be measured correctly).

Mark
