Swim
Comments: I cramped 4 times in right calf and once in left in the last 1000 yards. There was nothing I could do except keep on swimming and let the cramps work themselves out. What would you do differently?: Nutrition is key to the cramps. I also need to quit doing the zig zag swimming. Post race
Warm down: Walked to the tent and drank tons of water! It felt like had had a huge bag of sunflower seeds. What limited your ability to perform faster: I'm not sure. I felt good in my form just more time swimming. I didn't panic and I had great bilateral breathing for the most part. Event comments: Had a great time with the local athletes. Some of us are training for IMFL so it was great to see where we are at amongst each other.. Good times! Last updated: 2007-08-03 12:00 AM

Hanging around talking to everyone, packet pickup, talking to people, body marking, talking to everyone, putting on sunscreen, talking to people
Hanging around talking to everyone then jumped in the water to do some sprints to warm up the arms and do a little bit of sighting. Jumped out waited for our 'horn' and actually ran into the water.. good stuff.
