For example, if the water temperature is 34 degrees and the air temperature is 15 degrees, how would you count that? |

It was funny cuz when we saw it coming we were all psyched. |

All goes on air temp. I think swimming needs to be added as a plus 1.5 or 2 multiplier sub 50. |

I'd like to do some road work on the bike every month of the year. Hell I rode in this morning at 35 degrees! This might also push me outside to run a bit more instead of the indoor track and the machines. |

And that thread about how to stay warm in cold weather is cracking me up with posts on when to pile on clothing. For example, someone suggested a second layer of tights at anything below 40! LOL. I'm in shorts at 40 degrees! Actually the only thing that really gets cold on me are my hands and feet. And oh yeah, those ice cream headaches from below zero temps seem to disappear when I wear a wooly hat.  |
