Okay, it took me awhile to find a picture of the before (yikes!). Before pic is Christmas 2004 in Hawaii and after is 2008. I'm down 75 pounds.

Sorry about the blurry but it is a pic of a pic. I guess you can tell which is the before and which is the after.

I don't have many pics of me before I started back working out/tri training ... guess I never realized how much I avoided the camera before .. but ... here is a composite of me after Grad school and going on a vacation to Busch Gardens with my kids in May of 2007 ... and then I started back exercising Dec 2007 and tri training in Aug 2008 ... with my first tri 6 weeks after starting my tri training ... held on Sept 14th, 2008.
