Pre-race routine:

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich and meet up with Docswim and Ernie to ride in together.
Event warmup:

Hardly any stretching except for the jabbering of the jaws with all the other BTers. Of course, I'm paying today for lack of stretching yesterday.

It was a nice flat course and I enjoyed it.
What would you do differently?:

Stretch more and prepare for it better. Didn't run much over the last couple of months and I can tell

Warm down:

Walk around a bit - felt like hurling but didn't which was good for everyone else.

Event comments:

Thanks to Newleaf for putting this all together and the good times afterward. I think that the Green Team beat us barely not because they are superior athletes but because of the nice hats that Jody made for them. Next year, she is on our team.

Agree with NL - I think we are all hurting from the run which should make the CB 10 race lots of fun!
