  • Comments: Organized and well-run so I can't complain. I think a little bit better marking of cracks on the bike course would've been good.

  • Comments: Had rear tire blow flat from hitting a giant crack in the dam that wasn't marked. Not race productions fault, but the dam was not my favorite place to ride. Still finished going slowly.

  • Comments: Jack always seem to run very organized races. The run course had potential to be confusing but there was enough spray paint and people guiding us that I didn't get lost. My new Triple Threat Tough jersey seems to be good luck as I made the podium on my 2nd race in a row (so it is 2 for 2 on podums right now). Another race in 2 weeks so we'll see if I can be competitive again.

  • Comments: My second IRP race. No frills but the race itself is well organized and run considering the locations the are located at. Both races might have benefitted from a few more volunteers on the run course directing people to the proper route.

  • Comments: Well-organized race; my first triathlon so still getting a feel for it but I would do this race again and would definitely look for more races with Ironhead Productions!

  • Comments: Typical race by Ironhead - not a lot of frills, but well executed and you get to watch Jack - which is worth the price of admission by itself (although he was pretty calm today...)

  • Comments: It's an Ironhead race, they always put on a great show. Like I said before, I far exceeded any expectations and goals I had for this race. To win a race less than one year after barely finishing my first is truly amazing. Everyday I am more impressed with what I am capable of. I still cannot believe that I was an un-athletic and over-weight lazy person two years ago. Never ever would I think I would be winning a triathlon... I am sooo happy and cannot wait to see what more I can accomplish.
