  • Comments: Lot's of fit runners at this early season race. Beautiful course and excellent hosts by William and Mary.

  • Comments: Water stations were spaced poorly. Again, like last year, they had no gatorade or similar. No porta potties either. We really like they course. It is interesting and challenging, but think we might just do the Shamrock Half next year instead.

  • Comments: Only water stops, this year they had one gel stop near the end. Would have been nice to have more water stops, but I didn't really need it with the weather, perfect temps. Great early season race.

  • Comments: Only volunteers seen were at water/aid stations, a couple patrolling course on Segways, and officers/park officials at intersections.

  • Comments: I probably wont do this race again. I live 15 min away and can run the course for free if I need hill training. The swag wasn't that great. They ran out of bagels, and they didn't have many water stops.

  • Comments: Got 2 beer tickets, almost missed out on free shirt, but young lad sitting with us after race didn't get one before the race either and he went over and picked us all up one. I gave him some free beer tickets and thanked him. Everyone kept giving us their beer tickets, but after 3 I was feeling silly, so we went to car and Joe's family was waiting for us and drove us to BK for a quick post race double cheeseburger, fries and coke. Then drove to Joe's house and sat in his hot tub for 20 mins. Great day.

  • Comments: It's a lower key race. Late start is kind of fun. The course is largely inaccessible to spectators except for a few locations so you're out there by yourself for long stretches.
