Hey everyone.  We need the powerful BT prayers, vibes, good thoughts, etc to be sent to trainergirlmick.  She was just diagnosed with breast cancer.  She is my bestest friend in the whole wide world and I need your healing vibes to help get her and her family thru this.  Won't you stop by and wish her well.

In honor of you, I am going to make that dreaded Mammogram appointment tomorrow. I have been putting it off for a year. Why??? I don't know.
