had a bunch of chain slips, gotta get that checked out. the first lap felt horrible, the next three weren't so bad, i was not nearly as strong as i think i should've been, this was a great course for me to go sooper fast, it just didn't work out that way today.

pick up the pace a bit sooner, i had quite a bit left in the tank, but it's nice to finish a race feeling strong.
