Subject: RE: IT Band issuesI'll quick chime in with my IT maintenance plan... getting it under control was with stretching, massage and acupunture. Keeping it under control is DILIGENT hip strengthening (glutes, abductors and more glutes ), stretching and The Stick. Oh gawd, how I hate The Stick, but it really does help. Key for me... diligent. As soon as i slack on maintenance, it's back in no time. good luck!!!! |
