November You-Pick-It Challenge
This month, it's your choice. Pick one goal. Any goal. Whatever you want.
YOU define your activity. Does it include walking, elliptical work, jogging, skipping, crawling, swimming? Define it, and plan your goal accordingly.

To log on to the spreadsheet, use the following information:

If you don't know your goal right now, it's OK. Just put down your name. You can add your goal later.
Please sign up via the Spreadsheet ^^^^! Things are really busy for me right now, and it will make my life easier if you sign up there (including comments like teammate requests, etc).
That said, if you're having problems using the spreadsheet, then yes, please DO sign up here. (You can let me know that you weren't able to access the spreadsheet, and then I'll just add your name to it.) THANKS!
This will be a Team Challenge. Teams will be assigned randomly. However, teammate requests will be honored whenever possible. If you have a request, just state it on the Signup Spreadsheet. Then, come back to this thread at the end of the month to see what team you've been assigned to.
At the end of the month, the winning team will be the team with the highest completion average.
The winning team(s) will display a signature line: "My team won the November You-Pick-It Challenge!"
All other (losing) teams will display a signature line: "Whoops. We didn't win the November You-Pick-It Challenge."
Signature lines will be displayed for the month of November. After that, it's your choice whether to leave it, or remove it.
Team spreadsheets will be put on Google Spreadsheets. Each team member will update his/her own info. However.....
Each team will select a team captain. The team captain will be responsible for making sure that each team member updates the spreadsheet by the reporting dates, and/or will enter information for people who are unable to update the spreadsheet directly.
The Challenge will begin on November 1st, and end on November 30th.
In the event of injury/illness, you may request to be dropped from the challenge, without penalty.
If you achieve 100% of your goal before the month is over, you may request to raise your goal.
All training towards your goal *must* be logged in your BT training log.
All training must be logged on the spreadsheet by SATURDAY at midnight, your time. If it’s not logged and reported, it didn’t happen! Please note: The week will end on Saturday. This will allow me to compile the results on Sunday.
Smack talking:
-- Smack talking is not mandatory, but may be done.
-- Smack talk is different from a personal attack. If you aren’t sure what the difference is, err on the side of caution and do not post the comment.

The ultimate goal of this Challenge is to push yourself in an activity, to work out, to meet fellow BTers
(virtually or otherwise
), and to have some fun!
Hopefully, this Challenge will give you a little extra incentive and motivation to succeed at your goals – whatever they may be.
