Nothing to register but the race is somewhere around $375. Expensive but totally worth it! A beautiful, challenging, well organized race that you definitely have to do before that big tri in the sky. Go to tricalifornia.com and follow the alcatraz links - you may be able to put your name in for the Feb. drawing but Im not sure... |

If you were selected, you will also receive an email with registration instructions. You must register and pay by January 9. All those not selected will be automatically entered in the second drawing to take place Feb 1. |

However, since I tried last year, they sent me a reminder for this year, which proved priceless. I probably would have forgotten, otherwise.... This one is one of my 'long term' goals in my logs.... I stopped in the swim for a few and just soaked it up. AMAZING race and I think that everyone should do it once. |
