Well happy 4th from another Canadian! We got ours last Friday! Since we are neighbors, I vote that us canadians should be off on the 1st and the 4th! What can I say, Its a beautiful day today in Montreal.

Since the Ottawa crowd is on line, are you guys doing the tri on July 30th?

I was thinking of doing the Carleton place Tri on July 17th. I may try another July 30th though. I am moving south in a couple of months so I want to do a couple before I go. I may be too big a chicken to tri in Florida! Sharks and Aligators are too scarry for me!

Hey, I'm doing the Graham Beazley Tri in Carleton Place on July 17 also. 

I am not doing the National Capital Tri on July 30 because I am doing the Thousand Island on August 21.  I feel that one tri per month is more than enough for me. 

My last tri one of the season will be the Canadian Half IM, in Ottawa, on September 3.
