Hi everyone

My name is Robert. 2009 will be my first year of triathlon. Last year I did 2 relay duathlon and 2 duathlon. I also ran a 5k, a 10k and a half mary.

I look forward to meet you all.

Robert,  We challenge team again

I'm Judi  2009 is my third year of triathlon.  My plan for this season includes a sprint (long one) and 2 oly's.  So far a 10K and a half mary.  I'm looking into century rides for this season too.

Plan for this month is staying on track with 3x/week each sport with PT and core work on a few days/week as well.

Hi Judi

Happy to team with you again. How are you doing? Still in love with your Blue?

Very much in love with the BLUE.  I had her fit a couple weeks ago which was cool.  I had never done a true bike fit before.  I have taken her out once since the fit, it's been too cold to ride   But I was averaging a good mph faster with less effort tof the little I was out.

I have a stomach virus today.  Not pleasant.  Hopefully I have tossed the last of my cookies.  I'm slowly getting some housework done and hope to take an easy pace something today.

How are you doing?

Hi team!

I'm Jen.  I think this is my fourth year of tris.  February is the start of my duathlon training plan - I'm planning on doing one of the National Duathlon Festival races at the end of April.  I've been dealing with a knee injury since October, but I seem to be doing ok with biking.  Going to start run/walking this month.  Should be interesting.

Sweet for the fit, I can't wait to own a real tri bike

I am doing fine, started my half mary training plan in January, so far so good. I can't wait for summer though, I wanna ride outside badly!

Hi there Team Washington!

I'm Ada, I plan the 5430 Series this season (all three).  My first race was Dec 07, and an Oly May 08. Got a great start to the month yesterday, looking forward to this team thing!

Oh, the table looks great---how does one post to our personal blog? (I'm not nearly as tech-savvy as I like to pretend)

Good Morning Team Washington,

Spreadsheets are FINALLY up!! Sign-in, as usual, is email:[email protected], password:challengeforum. There are a few blank spaces on some of the spreadsheets because SOME PEOPLE haven't posted their goals yet....

As PUNISHMENT for failing to complete your goals this month, the loosing teams must change their avatar to a goofy cupid image for the month of March, and add the statement "My team LOST the February Challenge" to their signature.

Okay, now log off of BT already and GET OUT THERE AND TRAIN!!!
