Even if the damage done was repairable it would have to be done before the dude either bled to death, suffocated, or the spinal cord was severed. I don't have enough information to make a judgement, but I would think that it might be tough to intervene on a darkened bus during a murder where the murderer is wielding a big knife and slashing about wildly. The whole thing is horrific. I can't even begin to imagine how I would react. |

Are you seriously asking for a hero at 0100 hrs on a bus heading to Manitoba?!?!? at 0100 hrs in the morning on a bus with some guy weilding a LARGE hunting knife...sorry, I'm pulling the cord and getting off at the next stop. Are you going to try to disarm some nutty guy who just stabbed someone else in the throat!? This was a NO WIN situation. You can't armchair QB a situation like this...a peak into this guys head - HE CUT THE GUYS DAMNED HEAD OFF and the carried it around! |
