Subject: RE: 08.09.08Total newbie here, Practiced some swim strokes between 10:15 - 11:00 am, then went got fitted for running shoes, back to the YMCA for weight lifting (bi's and tri's), then down the hall to the pool, swam 400 yards, rest 1-2 minutes, swam 300 yards. Went home, put new pedals on my 1 week old bike, bolted on a kick-stand, attached one of thoe multi-function odometer, distance, etc ... computers, then went on a 7 mile bike ride, came home and was going to run but decided to mow the yard instead. |
