IMFL get together Friday?

Champion  19812     MA |  Subject: IMFL get together Friday?Turns out our flight is later than I thought and we won't get to PBC in time for the Thursday get together at Melissa's condo. Anything specifically planned for Friday? Meet at swim? Lunch? The coaches who coined the Don't Eat the Paste phrase for IM will be giving a talk on Friday 10 am by Gatorade Bottle at IMFL...more here. I plan on attending..maybe we could meet there? I so want to meet as many of you prior to race day so Kevin and I can recognize and cheer you on throughout the day. Look for me riding in front on pro men or women on the run. The plan is for me to wear my BT tri top. We will be a finish line and on water table on swim as well. |

I wanna swim on friday - what time? I don't have a wetsuit, but think it'll be fine. I can't really commit to any get togethers while I'm there, but hope to meet lots of folks so I can CHEER For you all day |

If not someone who has been there speak up. I plan to try to get to swim Friday near the Gatorade check in about 9am. I won't be swimming but visiting and meeting as many BTers as possible....I look like my avatar, have really short hair, pink glasses, and will be with my husband Kevin both of us sporting our BT IMFL support shirts |

The Original 7834 Raleigh/Durham | Subject: RE: IMFL get together Friday? The swim is usually on the beach by the Boardwalk Beach resort. They have a few Gatorade booths set up so you can check a bag. It's pretty obvious- you shouldn't miss it! |
