I think the problem is that people know that they are supposed to exercise and eat healthy, but a lot of people don't have the willpower and determination to do it for a long period of time. So, they start to see that as normal and everyone else as freaks. I hate trying to explain to people that I want to do a triathlon. The response I get is, "Why would you want to do that?" as if it's something bad for me. At least we know that we are doing good things for ourselves! |

Just wanted to point out that not only is the article silly, it is actually factually wrong. Bush was en route to the school when the first plane crashed. He then entered the school and was told of the second while reading with the children. I am no fan of Bush's policies, but this is just stupid. Good for him for staying healthy. That being said, I wouldn't mind if he traded a 30 minute workout routine twice a month for a press conference. |
