I can totally relate to never being a runner---in fact I hated it with a passion!! Always ended up wheezing and feeling horrible about not being able to keep up with the other kids in PE during school years. Now, I run at my own pace (10 minute mile ), am running over a mile consistently and without any wheezing. Find a pace that is comfortable for YOU, don't worry about every one else! Can't wait to hear from you when you start to experience the "runner's high"! It's enough to get you to the gym even when you are hung over!!! |
