This one crept up on me. I just this afternoon realized that this is the weekend. I have to figure out EVERY STINKIN' TIME whether it means we have more light at the end of the day... Just doesn't happen often enough for me to remember it.

Why can't they just pick one and stay with it?!?! I know... some states do...

I used to miss the hour of sleep a lot more when I had weekend jobs.  Now I really don't mind.

The BEST part is more sun after work - woot!

Thanks for not making me figure that out for myself. Laughing

I don't know why they don't just let us "spring forward" say at 12 noon.  Losing an hour of work is sooo much better than losing an hour of sleep

It really stinks, because it is almost getting warm enough and the snow/salt/sand is mostly off of the roads, but I hate deer on my motorcycle in the morning rides.  Hopefully in a few weeks I can ride the motorcycle to work.

I bet a lot of companies would conveniently make sure lunch was scheduled for 12-1 that day.

I have to get my morning workouts done by 6am. I was just starting to get daylight at the end of my runs, now I will have to wait a while, so DST bums me out.

Boo.  I hate losing an hour and I hate losing daylight in the morning.

Teejaay - 2013-03-08 1:18 PM You kooky people and your time changes! I shall leave mine just where it's at!

Disappointed... you didn't say "Unnecessary!"

This reminds me of my discussion with "Crazy Lady at the Pool."   Who told me she didn't like DST because missing that hour of sleep *every night* made her so tired.

I tried to explain... she was insistent... I let it go.

Ha ha...well at least you don't have to explain to a co worker who *insists* you're getting an extra hour of daylight. Period. Um, ok.

Hate the ridiculousness of the "change."  I wanna be AZ or HI.  Pretty soon, I expect total abolition.  I mean come on, we're on "Standard" time a mere 126 days.  Really, what's the point?
