1 Tablespoon cocktail sauce 1 Tablespoon butter 1/8 teaspoon celery seed 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice 1 jigger white wine 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 1 cup clam juice Salt and Pepper ¼ cup shucked oysters ¼ cup crab meat ¼ cup peeled shrimp 1 ½ cups half and half In a sauce pan combine cocktail sauce, butter, celery seed, lemon juice, white wine, Tabasco sauce, clam juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Add the seafood. Boil for 3 minutes (less if all seafood was previously cooked and frozen). Add half and half. Heat but do not boil. Serve with a pat of butter on top. Serves 1 or 2. We used to sit around their bar watching them make this as kids. |
