Subject: RE: 02.17.2012 Finally FridayJust about to do an easy 45 minute spin. I'm actually a bit sore for last night's soccer game. The running in it is quite different from distance training. It's start,stop, jog, sprint, run forward, run backward, run sideways.... multiple times through out the game. It's all the types of running that isn't distance running. Gonna do it again this evening. After all, reffing games have the potential to put a little excitement in my life. I know, that's sad......... |
