Master  6834      Englewood, Florida |  Subject: 04.20.2012 Fantastic FridayIt is indeed a fantastic Friday. The Cure is playing on the radio ("it's Friday, I'm in love") and I have finished the morning run. Starting the day and the weekend out right. 5:15 am - 30 minute run through the neighborhood. 4:00 pm - I hope to get a 25 mile ride in this evening if the weather holds out. Race well if you are racing or train well if you are training. Enjoy whatever you have on tap for the day and the weekend. |

The high school soccer season ends in a week. It will be so nice to go back to just swim, bike, and run. I'm not getting enough rest over night these past few weeks. If I work two games then it's 3 hours of physical activity. |

Easy-ish day for me today, 2050m swim (can't count), half drills and half long set. That's it for the day! I've always taken Fridays evenings off (even in college I had a "no studying" policy on Fridays after class, it helped keep me sane!) to spend with my husband and tonight we have dinner plans with a friend. It's an upscale all-you-can-eat place; I hope they have lots of food ready for me! |
