Subject: RE: Major personal changes in tri's for 2010My big changes: - Having a structured training plan (albeit out of a book, BUT it's better than nothing ) - Go at this full-bore. I really want to see how well I can compete at the Olympic distance, first race this year will be collegiate nationals - Getting down to race weight (currently at 140-ish, I am hoping to get down around 130 ) - Creating a triathlon team at my university (currently in the works ) - Owning a bike; my father was a cyclist during college and after, and was not supported by his parents.
