Subject: RE: men vs women challangesAt this point, with 10 weeks to go until race day, I'm debating on whether I would get into a "run challenge" (the next logical challenge step ) or if I would be better served to follow the 1/2 IM plan I have.
Voting today, I would elect to follow the training plan .... much of it seems to be getting more specific to racing, rather than just logging miles. The plan does have "focused weeks". |
