Both of these, and also:
Fixing random things that people break. Gorilla glue is my friend. Recycling and taking trash to the transfer station (live in the country and won't fork over $25/month for pickup!) That reminds me: Platinum Medal in Being a Cheap-azz. Mowing and Landscaping Vehicle Maintenance, Gold-Medal Event: Borrowing a flatbed from work to haul my Jetta home after a broken engine mount at 197,000 miles. Drilled and Installed 2 Heli-coils (using the shop at work) and drove it to work the next day.
I'm currently on sabbatical from house duties on an overseas assignment. We even have an Ayi, so I don't have to do the dishes. Moving back to the States is going to be a RUDE awakening! |

My wife would call it hiding out in the garage, but I enjoy it and I do accomplish some things out there. My weekly duties are picking up, dishes, cooking and I vacuum and mop. |
