Just had to say, I adore my husband right now. He did the laundry last night, and didn't run my bras through the dryer. They are neatly hanging by color in the bathroom. Who else is feeling the love for their significant other?

Yesterday my wife worked on the deck and let get my long run in. Tonight I'm making dinner (grill or make chili?)

Count me in!  Mine didn't give me any grief for going on a longish bike ride Saturday morning and then surprised me with wanting to go for a ride Sunday on the tandem!

Mine knew what my route was for my 20 mile final long run on Saturday, so he radomly showed up about 12 miles in, was standing by the road and clapping and cheering and did the one person wave.  Needless to say, my running partner now thinks I have the best husband in the world.

I rode a windy/hilly/rainy 70 miler on Saturday. Roughly 50 miles into the ride my phone rings, so I reach in my jersey pocket to grab my phone to see who's calling and since it was my wife I thought I better answer, although I was riding about 22 mph in the rain. She wasn't calling to find out when I'd be home or to remind me to doing anything. She was just calling to find out what kind of beer I wanted for that evening when I got home. Awesome!

BTW, Bell's Two Hearted Ale is just about the best stuff on the planet.

Your sweetie is the sweetest!

Mine just keeps putting off our AM running ambitious with talk of how warm and cuddly he feels just staying in bed with me.  It's nice and all, but it's not helping us get out and run!

This story really should have ended "and then she picked me up after being released from the hospital". I can't believe you answered your phone going 22 in the rain.

1) because we do this:

2) because he's been to every tri I've ever done.

3) because he bought me chocolate covered digestive biscuits for my tea at the store because he knew I was missing Belfast.

4) because he looks hot in his bike gear!

I almost/should have left that part out of the story, realizing how dumb it was. Kids don't try this at home! Yet another reason I love my SO. She puts up my with dumb@ss.

Tonight, my husband brought me home a card and a dolphin ballon. The card was because I had surgery today and the dolphin balloon was because he said I swam like a dolphin in my tri yesterday (I didn't, but I loved the senitment).

I love my hubbie!

I never thought I would say this, but my SO is my missing piece.  I feel more complete as a human being with her in my life.  It's one of those situations where you know beyond any doubt that this person was meant to be with you.  It's awesome.

Well Mac said pretty much what I would say about my wife.  She is incredibly supportive, a fantastic mother, and umm...everything else a guy could ever ask for in a partner 8)
