Subject: RE: Ironman Kansas 70.3 : Official ThreadCamping Registration will be up on the website before the end of the month. All money from the camping goes to the Park's beautification fund. If you get a chance check out some of the improvements made to the MTB trails at the park.
Being able to camp, park, tailgate on the run course/transition is a huge convenience for athletes and their families...even if you don't spend the night there. I live 3 miles away and I camp there
We're lining up even more bands, food, beer, entertainment for 2010.
Along with the camping registration we will be posting a revised Race Day Parking plan. (we listen to feedback ) The Park has opened the ENTIRE park to us in 2010. We will have designated parking areas and athletes will park and take a shuttle to Transition 2. No more walking on race morning. Edited by rrobinson 2010-01-08 1:55 PM
