Subject: So, What's Your Real Age?
This is a pretty cool little test. It told me that my age is 45.3 years old, but my real age is 38.5 years old.

It says I spend too much time working out and that my resting heart rate of 46 bpm is too low for my age which could indicate health problems or that I'm very physically fit (guess which one).

It also said I could lower my score if I ate more tomato products, took some vitamin E, an asprin a day and slowed down my driving. It also would give me a higher score if I didn't drive my motorcycle.

So, what's your real age? [BTW, that URL tool never works for me. Sorry I can't just post a clickable link. Must by a problem with Firefox.]

My age in years is 43.4.  I tok the test and my "real age" is 35.7.  People tell me I look like I'm in my late thirties, but most days I feel like 50!  Go to www.realage.com and try the test for yourself.

My real age is 24.3 and my "real age" according to the test is 21.1. Interestingly, I don't feel like I did when I was 21...I'm always tired and I wasn't then.

Here's the workaround:

When the Insert/Modify Link window comes up, click OK. You'll get an error message because the URL field is empty. Click OK at the error window. The cursor will be in the URL box and you'll be able to insert a link.

My calendar age is 55.1 and the test indicates a so called real age of 51.7.  I suppose that must mean something but I still feel old ...

I'm 27.1 with a real age of 23.3. I'd be younger if I'd floss and didn't drive so fast. But what's the fun in that

I am 39, but my Real Age is 34. It would be lower if I flossed more and had a better social network. I guess I need to train in a group.

I'm 39.1, Real Age 36.2. It told me my Body Mass Index indicated that I'm fat (with some wishy washy words in there..unless you have significantly more lean body mass than average. ) I also exercise too much, floss too little, my resting heart rate's too low. I must've lied about the fried chicken and porn, or it would've added 10 years!

Calendar Age - 25.4
Real Age - 18.2

Unfortunately, I look my "real age," which is very frustrating at times - like when people in my office think I'm an intern. But, it's cool too, like when I automatically get a student discount at the movies, because they assume I'm in high school.

Fun survey, thanks!!

  • ... what's funny about that!

  • I did mine about 12 months ago and it was (by about 5 yrs), guess that's one of the things that I'll have to check again now! Maybe stopping smoking, cut down drinking, and buying a Saab will help. Though my RHR has also dropped 7bpm (from 52bpm to 45bpm) so it sounds like that might count against me.

Does this mean I get to make stupid 23.6 year old decisions?

if it wasn't for the brain surgery I would have been 25... LOL...

In the explanation it says "YOU MIGHT BE WORKING OUT TOO OFTER OR TOO INTENSELY, TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR TO FIND OUT IF IT IS SAFE FOR YOU".    Darn... I should have consulted my doctor before I started my IM training.... LOL
