Got a bottle of Apple Cinnimon Hammer Gel and a few single packets to try different flavors. $450 in Home Depot gift cards so we can keep on with basement construction. It was a 'money is tight' kind of Christmas. Our 1 year old some made out like a bandit though. Yesterday at the in-laws I told my inibriated brother-in-law to "SHUT HIS PIE HOLE!!!" as he was disrepecting his wife and mother-in-law who were politely asking him to be quite by saying "eat more and talk less." SO we gave eachother money (well, we just sent money to the VISA card "in lieu of" gifts) and all our family presents to us were money that went to the same computer. Not complaining, really, maybe a little. I miss opening presents. |

My daughter made out like a bandit, way to many toys, DVD's, and games. She's only 2 1/2 so we put some of her stuff away and are going to give it to her throughout the year so she can enjoy playing with her toys and not be overwhelmed. |

After years of driving my hubby's hand-me-down cars, I got to pick out the car that I wanted and it turns out that we found a sweet deal on my dream car! In all reality, it just happened to be the right timing, not a Christmas gift, since we've been looking for awhile, but I'm calling it one!  I also got a breathable, windproof running jacket/vest, running tights, bike jersey, and workout top. Most important, I have a wonderful family, a safe place to live, food on my table, and another year of health! Santa was good to me this year! |
