Good morning BT!

4:30am:  :50 minute run with a mix of incline/speed repeats. Definitely got the heart pumping and the legs moving!

5:30am:  :40 minutes upper body strength

Yesterday afternoon:  1:00 OWS...50 minutes of distance and then 10 minutes of some sprint/recovery between bouys.  I'm not sure my 'sprint' looks much different that my regular pace! Lol!

HR...congrats on the win!  I agree with Jamie...insist they get the trophy to you!

Have a great day!

Kind of a light day for me.

AM 45 minute easy run
PM 2200m of swimming

Trophy should be on its way via my colleague's sister, who lives in Singapore and is coming here for the May Day long weekend. At a fairly big school, there is usually a way to get "special delivery" to/from common destinations like the US or Singapore. (One time, I was even able to commission a student/parent to buy me more Nuun tablets!) It's kind of a mutual aid smuggling system.

Well I am back. Ran 4 miles. I ran easy because I couldn't run hard. I need to read old posts to catch up with everyone.

I hope everyone has been well
