6:10 AM--40 minute pool run (I can only get in for 40-45 minutes between when it opens and when I have to go to work )
4 PM: 30 minutes of strength stuff. Wanted to do it Saturday as still sore from Wednesday but found out gym is closed Saturday. Now I am really sore.
5:30 PM--40 minute trainer ride with some short pickups. Feeling really tired at that point (I teach all day Friday with no break ) and just didn't feel up to anything else. Plus hungry for dinner! Edited by Hot Runner 2017-09-29 6:34 PM
