Good morning BT!

Off day here so 'slept in' until 5:30am.  Did a little walk on the treadmill to wake up and some stretching.

The cross country meet last night was a mix--my JV runners all set personal bests, my varsity runners did OK...all ran 20 and under but not where I want them to be at this point in the season.  However. all my varsity boys are on student council so they've been up late every night with Homecoming stuff, they're all sick and not sleeping or eating enough.   I told them they have three days to rest, recover, and recuperate.  Divisionals in 4 weeks. We need to get to work.

Elton sorry you're sick!  Hope you can rest up this weekend!

Have a great day!

I slept into 5:30 too.  It was then off to the office to get caught up on work.  I took one day off for a race and I am behind on work for two weeks. Well the truth is that I could put 10 hours of over time in every week and still not keep up with everything.  I pretty much knew that my 10 hours of Tri training would turn into 10 hours of catch up work at work and home projects after the race though.  I will try to get back to a normal schedule (i.e. tri work outs 6 days a week) shortly.

Thanks Kim

I tried to workout a little this morning but gave it up after about 30 minutes.

Hopefully back at it next week unless I feel up to bike ride this weekend.

Was nice sleeping until 6:00 AM instead of getting up at 3:30 AM every morning.

Have a good weekend

Lots of short workouts here.

6:10 AM--40 minute pool run (I can only get in for 40-45 minutes between when it opens and when I have to go to work)
4 PM: 30 minutes of strength stuff. Wanted to do it Saturday as still sore from Wednesday but found out gym is closed Saturday. Now I am really sore.
5:30 PM--40 minute trainer ride with some short pickups. Feeling really tired at that point (I teach all day Friday with no break) and just didn't feel up to anything else. Plus hungry for dinner!
