WELCOME back Seb - good news from the new doc. Team: Week 4 totals above. A bunch have either completed or are damn near complete with fulfilling their March Challenge Goals ... others? Well, let's just say that you have some serious time to spend in the saddle this week! The time spent in the saddle this week is going to pay dividends this season. When the doubts start to creep in your mind when on the bike during a race, think back to this early time you spent pedaling your rear off and know that you have already gone more than an extra mile or two to prepare for it! Lastly, it is important to note that we have had tremendous participation from our teammates. Taking aside our beloved Wookie, if you look at the numbers above, each of you has demonstrated terrific commitment to fulfilling your goals despite the cold snap, despite the rain and, in some cases, despite having to fight back from injury. Now get out there and fly ... that is just so long as it is flying on two wheels for the next 5 days! |
