Subject: RE: Run 1000 miles in 2020!I'm back! I just put my name down with a goal of 500 miles. Last week was my first 2-run week in more than a year. I ran 8 km (5 miles ) today - my longest run since Feb 20, 2019.
Injuries have severely limited my running over the last year but I feel great now. Or at least I'm pain free and my knees and ankles feel solid. My run fitness sucks but I know that will improve with time.
Some impressive distances are being racked up. Keep up the good work.
A couple of notes about the spreadsheet....
You can overwrite the default distance goal with a goal of your choice.
If you track distance in kilometres, you can enter your distance in km (in column c ) and put a formula in column b to divide by 1.609. The spreadsheet will take care of the rest.
