Wade with his choices for Supreme Court Justices if he's to be elected) You can't just overturn a SC ruling with your appointees... you actually need a case. and after that... you actually need to prove the abortion violates the fetuses rights... but of course then you actually have to rule that a fetus does have rights... then you have to determine when the fetuses rights supercede the mothers rights..... good luck with all that. But ya, it's just easier to fear monger women and say romney is going to take away their health care. |

It depends on the grounds for filing for divorce. If it were adultery or spousal abuse he could lose some support from women voters. Or it could list his birthplace as something other than the USA.... if that is the case then it is a huge deal. Trump has been a "birther" from the start so this may be a HUGE deal. I guess we have another hour to wait and see. |
