Good my girlfriend said they need to add a few things.

Like talking to your girlfriend about other random triathletes/cyclists who you only know from the internet and expecting her to understand who these people really are..

Or tweeting random triathletes you have never really met.

She would like to see that added to this list.

Okay, I'll pass it on if they ever do a how to be a triathlete. I'm not sure that they will though. They only like to make fun of themselves.  In the meantime though, how to be a mountain biker.
