Comments: Felt incredible today. Probably shouldn't have gone that hard but the weather was perfect. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Just started training again and did awesome for the shape I'm in. ![]() Post race
Warm down: The race was a whole event. There was a co-ed walk 45 minutes after my race was over so I did that. Was there representing the hospital I work for so walked with them. What limited your ability to perform faster: Just getting back into training again. Not in top shape. Event comments: Had an awesome time. Panero's was there handing out flavored bagels.
