  • 22m 38s

Comments:

Felt incredible today. Probably shouldn't have gone that hard but the weather was perfect.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. Just started training again and did awesome for the shape I'm in.
Post race
Warm down:

The race was a whole event. There was a co-ed walk 45 minutes after my race was over so I did that. Was there representing the hospital I work for so walked with them.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Just getting back into training again. Not in top shape.

Event comments:

Had an awesome time. Panero's was there handing out flavored bagels. They gave me about 6 of them! I did save some for my family.
