Subject: "My Routes" settings not working...

Hi

When I view a route and ask for the points to be shown, or for distance markers to be shown, nothing happens when the map redraws. The options are available for selection and do become the default in the dialog box but nothing actually changes on the route map. Ideas?

Cheers, KB

I have a feeling this is browser-related, can you let me know your browser and version?  I will try to replicate.  Does this happen with all of your routes?

Hi Ron

I am using Firefox 27.0.1

This happens with all the routes I have tried to open - running as well as cycling (interestingly, the routes don't appear in frequency order as they used to before the last BT upgrade - not sure if this is related...)

I have tried a couple of other things;

  1. Used IE11.0.96xx to open BT - no change to the problem
  2. Created a new test route in both FF and IE - could draw the route OK but problem still remained.
  3. I also suspended all the firewalls, antivirus programmes, etc on the PC briefly  just to see if it made a difference ( i.e. perhaps cookies  were not being allowed to be set etc, ) but again no difference.

Cheers, KB

I was able to replicate this.  We will get it fixed.

We are working on this.  Google updated their routes API.  We have the new API on our development server now.  We have to redo some programming as the API change required some changes on our end.
