Good morning BT! I'm currently sitting in my car warming up...Tahoe is cold this early in the morning! Transition is set up and now it's hurry up and wait! When the going gets tough today I will channel the Olympic triathletes today! Have a great day and send me good race vibes!

9am - 90 min trainer ride. Variety of intervals - actually felt good.

My youngest son has been sick now (out of school) for 3 days, and still sounds awful and has been coughing for 2 weeks. That means no sleep for anyone in the house so trying to hold it together. Plus my workouts get screwed up because I'm the one that stays home with the kids when they get sick. Lots of sporadic TRX stuff here and there along with my early spin classes. We will probably go back to the dr. Monday and see about getting a chest X-ray if he doesn't improve by tomorrow. ugh!

Stay warm and good luck! You could do like I did at Calgary and get out there and dance! Getting ready for a LONG trainer ride (last one, thank God) while watching the Olympics.
