Subject: 5.2.17 Tuesday Training! Good morning BT! 4:30am: :50 mins on the trainer: 4X1:00 spin ups followed by 2X6:00 in Z3. A short hard but easy taper workout, if that makes sense! 5:30am: :30 minutes strength stuff + core 1/2 day of work today...traveling to watch softball...last games this week to determine if we make it to Divisionals! Need to win 2 out of the three games. Only one game today but two on Friday, which sadly I'll miss due to a spring sports scheduling change. I'll be in St. G checking in for the HIM while my daughter is pitching her butt off! But, good news is my hubby is bringing her down Friday night so she can be my race sherpa Saturday and then we have a whole girls weekend planned! Have a great day peeps! |
