February Conquer Your Limiter Challenge
It's February ! Triathlon season is getting closer. Are you ready to take on a Limiter challenge ?
What is limiting your triathlon performance? Is it skill, technique, strength, muscular endurance, power or pure endurance? Sit down and look at all the disciplines in a triathlon: swim; bike; run and transition be honest and mark yourself out of 10 for each one.
For this challenge, you set goals in TWO Sports .
One sport must be Your LIMITER .. the one you struggle with ! The Limiter will be different for everyone. This is where gains in fitness endurance and strength during the off season will net you the most during the season . For myself it's the swim . i need more endurance and more speed.
You define the two Sports Goals . You can of course do more but pick two you will set goals for the february and track with us .
You set the goals. Been avoiding the pool or the trainer . Only get to to swim once in a while ? Only want to bike once? Should really hit the weights twice a week but havent ? YOU decide, and set your goals accordingly.
Still on single sport winter schedule : You could even break down running into say 75 miles for goal 1 and then second goal is 4 track workouts

The ultimate goal of this Challenge is to push yourself in an activity that is a challenge to you
(or activities
), to work out, to meet fellow BTers
(virtually or otherwise
), and to have some fun!
Hopefully, this Challenge will give you a little extra incentive and motivation to succeed at your Limiter Sport goal – Be it Run Swim Bike transition , whatever they may be.
