Grant likes to carry the remote controls up and down the stairs.  I have no idea where they are at the moment, actually. 

Pizza and beer would be a good motivator.  Z and I have to be in D.C. by 5:45 PM, so we would have to be home getting cleaned up by 4.  Maybe one of us can come in the AM, just don't forget the pizza and beer are a prerequisite.
