i have to break out the cold weather gear today.. for a 9 to 10 mile run..

Lunch run, distance yet to be determined and then afternoon F.I.T. class at Lifetime.  Weather is sun and mid 60s here.  I have to get outside to do somthing, not many nice days left.  Cool

Today I work for 9 hours.  Then I drive to Panama City for 9 hours.  Its gonna be a long day..Sealed

But then, on Sunday, I register for IMFL 2009!!

About an hour in the pool this morning with master's.
Some short commute rides through the day (home for lunch too).
Some bike or run time this evening (Not sure which yet; could use lots more of both)

9 hours of work - 3-5 mile run round the track tonight - 30 min. ride on the trainer fun fun fun - Its dark out at 5:30!!! grrrrrr

Rode the MiamiMan Bike Course (International Distance) 22 miles early this morning...

Worked with the horses....Cleaned house....Laundry is done....what else????

Ahhhh!!! Halloween Decoration done...ready to receive the kids from our neigborhood tomorrow....You are welcome to see it in my log...LOL
