LIkewise on have a good day. Me, I am just sipping some Coffee here in Florida, trying to mentally prepare myself for a 2x20 workout on the trainer. Yikes!!!

Did a little tri today on my own. Nothing hard pushed total time 1:53 mins.

66 mile swim

15 mile bike

5k run

Now going to ride back down to the beach for a Bonzai Bowl....Yummy!

I had a nice ride of 30 miles and 4 mile run after.

I had an interesting event occur at the Big 12 baseball game. I was picked out of the crowd for an event to throw bean bags at targets after the 3rd inning. It was sponsored by Phillips 66. I hit all four targets and won $600 in gas cards.

I am way behind in training for an oly event next week. It could be ugly.

Then a 650 yard swim ending on the beach working in wetsuit removal.

Fighting a sinus infection so we will see if I get a bike ride in today or not.

Two hour bike ride, my longest yet. I've got my first race of the season next weekend. It's been unusually warm here so hopefully the waters not too cold. Wetsuit for sure.

1:45 trainer ride with a bunch of high-resistance stuff. Just too lazy to take the bike outside, plus that kind of workout is difficult on the road (no hills here, so it would just be shifting to a big gear and staring at the power meter). Anyway, 5 km down a parkway in crazy traffic, five laps of the industrial park, and 5 km back on said parkway is not that much more exciting than the trainer! Really looking forward to getting home and running/riding in some more stimulating surroundings!

Sundays are usually my rest day. Ended up doing about 40 min of TRX and PT exercises. Trying to keep the mobility going!
