Subject: RE: The Road to Paris - 2013 TdF Team Garmin/Omega PharmaI re-titled column G
so
The spreadsheet if found from last years tour was simplified. It is just a total of your tour -nothing broken down by stages or weeks. You could do that yourself within the "Goal Completed" cell
The number of stages you are targeting complete goes in Column C "Goal: Number of Workouts/Stages"
The number of stages you have actually completed goes in Column D "Stages To Date"
Column E is your "Goal: Distance/Time"
Column F "Type (minutes, miles etc )" is how you are measuring your goal i.e 300 miles, or 21 hours or 1260 minutes
Column G "Goal Completed (Miles/hours )" is where you enter your miles or time ridden
Column H "Tour Percentage Complete" is a calculated column showing how much of either "The Tour" or "Your Tour" has been completed. It combines your percentage of stages with your percentage of miles/hours and averages them together. It does not allow you to go over 100 % complete, but it will allow you to ride more miles and less stages (or vice versa ) and still achieve the higher percentage.
Now that I have totally provided too much information to a simple question..... if you do have any more questions let me know.
Now go out and ride Edited by peto_primo 2013-07-02 8:55 AM
