I have less than 1 (one) hour so far this year so let's go with 12 hours this month for the challenge.  I will also continue to run a couple of days a week.  If it works out right.

120 miles for me.

I will let you know tomorrow my miles for this week because I am going to be getting in some hours on the slopes over the weekend. I'll be back on Monday.

I'm in for 13 hours; which is basically what my training plan calls for, but for sure more than I have done last month

Alright, I'm in for 70 miles on the road and 5 hours on the trainer. If we have to go with just one measurement (time vs. miles), you can change that to 12 hours.

Having spent 5 1/2 years to get out of Ole Miss undergrad, it is probably of no surprise that I am not particularly skilled in html reformatting to post a spreadsheet w/out huge margins  ... but this is what I have thus far.

Please let me know if this is indeed your monthly goal and/or whether you'd like to change it.  (I upped my by 75 miles due to taking yesterday off and a long ride planned for this weekend.)

Please post your weekly totals from your training logs Sunday night to this thread.  I will then compile and submit to the running total thread (to be created) on each Monday morning.

Lastly, please add your teammates to you training log "favorites" so that we can all check-in and encourage one another.  This is a TEAM effort and together we will WIN!!!

(And despite having spent many a good football weekend in Tuscaloosa, I just cannot bring myself to say "Roll Tide" ... I'll leave that to our Alabama fans!)

I need to revise to 300 for the month.....I have some committments that are going to prevent me from reaching 400 unless I am riding 100 miles every other week.

Janelle -- there's always room for girls with shaved heads!

So with the addition of Runnergirl29 and with Rocketman's (Brett) decreased volume, we have the following.  (Note: if you have any additions/deletions, please get them to me as soon as possible as this will be posted as final early tomorrow afternoon!)

Ok- I'm new to the challenge thing.  This is my first one.  How often do I report my times and who's keeping track?  I can't believe I comitted to 20 hours.  My schedule has 16 hours, so I figured 20 hours would push me to get in an extra bike once a week, which I really need.

Bike time must be logged into your training blog and posted to this thread each Sunday ... I'll then compile all of our team members submissions into a team spreadsheet.  This will be posted (along with the other teams) to a thread on Monday morning - which will enable us to see how we are doing relative to the competition.

The stakes are having the winning team pick the avatar of the losing team for a month, beginning April Fools Day.

First 5 days of the month = 102.87 miles ... did a metric century this morning + took Tuesday off for a long ride as well.  As such, I upped my goal from again from the original 200 miles to 325 for the month (did not want folks to think that we are sandbagging).
