Subject: RE: Men - Can you do pullups?when i first started doing pull ups (about a year and a half ago ) i could only do sets of 5... and by my third set i could only do like 3? ive been consistently doing them since then... and i just recently i tried to do as many as i could and i did 20 in a row :]
i started pinching a dumbbell between my legs for heavy (25lb ) and for regular (10-15lb ) :]
oh and i hold it wide with my palms facing away from me (i go all the way down each time haha i dont do halfies )
