And yeah, is there an incentive?   other than killer abs of course.

Hi fellow ab challengers,

I am leaving for Cuba so I will not be able to report in on Monday. So far 2 ab workouts complete-one more to follow on the beach for this week and then I'll continue on to next week. Please don't feel sorry for me, I will try to keep the sand out of my hair and out of my suit - lol! I just want to add that 10 minutes of pure abs is a long time!!!! Hope you all have a great week and that your abs are not too sore.

Alright kids.  The first week of AB CHALLENGE is over!!  WooHoo!!!

I trust eveyone has gotten their 3 days of 10 minutes each in??

I had a REALLY good workout on Monday, and felt it for the next few days.  I was at a gym so I was able get some better exercises in!

So this week its 3 days of 15 minutes.

Good Luck, and Good ABs!!

Bumping this bad boy to see if this is still going. If not, is anyone interested in starting a fresh one? My belly's getting awfully flabby!

If it starts up again, I'm in. Also, are there any specific ab exercises that someone can recommend? Otherwise I'll just flip through the pilates book and choose some stuff out of there.

Ouch, that schedule looks painfull. Anyone still in this would be in week 5 now, right? Awfully quiet here though...

Is anyone else starting now? I was ... ahh... just wondering... yeah, that's it. Just idle curiosity... *gulp* ... oh, all right then. So you start counting for a new "week one" on the weekend, or what? I'll see if I can keep up.

If it gets going again, I'm in.  I'm just working on sit-ups and straight leg lifts.  I'm working toward 60 reps of each without stopping.  I'm up to 2 sets: 40 in the first set, 20 in the second.  Leg lifts are at 2 sets of 30.

I took a yoga class for a few weeks where our teacher told us to do our age in leg lifts each night and one back bend.  I'm trying to keep up with that.

I must admit I fell off the wagon and didn't continue after the first week but if it starts again - I'll be in. I HATE doing abs so I need something to get me motivated to do them.
