Weeks go from Monday to Sunday Week1: 3 workouts of 10 minutes each Week2: 3 workouts of 15 minutes each Week3: 3 workouts of 18 minutes each Week4: 4 workouts of 15 minutes each Week5: 4 workouts of 18 minutes each Week6: 4 workouts of 20 minutes each Week1 starts tomorrow!!! Stand up and be counted! Logs will be checked. Abs will be steeled. Ankles will be mended! |
